v1 does not have everything v2 has
ShadowDragon_79 Jan 19, 2017 @ 10:00pm
I'd assume so... - but is anything in v1 that isn't in v2 ?
MONKWORKS  [author] Jan 19, 2017 @ 7:31pm
V2 is better
ShadowDragon_79 Jan 18, 2017 @ 11:34pm
Um... just noticed v2 - Do I miss anything if I install v2 instead of v1 ?

I have not updated ths mod after 2015. No idea on compatability. IIRC i didn't use other mods, you should be good.
ShadowDragon_79 Jan 16, 2017 @ 1:58am
Sounds interesting :) ... but is it still compatible ( normal version+DLCs , not SE ) ?

And are there known conflicts?
MONKWORKS  [author] Sep 30, 2015 @ 3:53pm
its almost 2 years since the last update and post for this mod. I figured this mod was done.

MONKWORKS  [author] Jun 28, 2013 @ 5:07pm
Could you not find the key konradbachnio? Its up in the pool ahead of the tower. Walk around the pool you will see it. If not let me know.
Kuńrad Jun 28, 2013 @ 7:23am

I did spend 20 mins trying to get the mannequins to break -recreate the issue. However, I wasn't able to cause this problem. So i would bet that its directly related to Dawnguard. I don't have Dawnguard but want to get it soon.. I'm just up to my neck in another project ATM.

Regarding issue two. I do see the problem. (i believe the issue is related to the case below the Dagger wall cases.

Possible solutions: move the case below it, or remove the trigger).

If you have lost an item on the mannequin you could try to uncheck Dawnguard Mod run the game with out it to see... If you applied (Dawnguard) after you stored the item you maybe out of luck. Rolling back the mod and going to a prior save maybe be a way to recover a lost item if that is in fact the issue.

I will have that and some other fixes coming..need a week.

Forgot to mention that I have Dawnguard installed, and no other mods that should deal with manniquins. If you have any tips on getting the manniquins to save, I'd try it :)
MONKWORKS  [author] Aug 25, 2012 @ 11:44am
Thanks. I will look into it and repair the issue.
novocain Aug 25, 2012 @ 12:40am
Hi! 2 issues..
1: the manniquinn items don't save for me, if I put something on, go out of tower and come back, it looks like it has nothing on it even tho it has items in its' inventory.
2: I cannot remove the daggers I have put in the dagger racks?!

Other than that, thank you for this great looking player home you're making :)

***** SPOILER ****
The key to the tower is found in a small case under the waterfall- above the tower.
Chaotic_Muffin Jul 23, 2012 @ 8:31pm
One question... where is the key?
MONKWORKS  [author] Jul 8, 2012 @ 6:03pm
Thanks for the feed back. I must disagree with some of your statements. Not to sure what you mean by lines every where (shadows?) I certainly don't see that. I am very happy with the lighting.

Regards

I also agree that changing the way you gain acess to the tower could have a story behind it such as yea there are related in some way and left it to you. Howerever, when you go to the tower and find they have been killed by the dragon, the key was taken by the dragon and it is up you you to figure that out. Dont give it all away. Leave notes within the tower as to who these people were and your ties to them.
Not sure how much I will use the tower right now, but I will let you know if I see any conflicting issues you may need to fix as well as see where you go with this. I do commend you on a 4 out of 5 tower and that is just tweaks and pesonal prefferenses.
ronald_lee_denton Jul 5, 2012 @ 6:31pm
Just had my first look in the tower. Over all I think you have done a very nice job. I have never created a MOD so I do not know what goes into one, there fore I will just mention what I noticed issues with and my thoughts only.
One big turn off for me was very poor graphics with lighting in the forge area and the entry where you have large amounts of light. There are tons of lines all over the place. Possible not meshing well. I just dont know, sorry.
Would personally not put cases on the walls up high. Maybe start at ground level and stack them like three or four high, kinda like a bookcase with glass doors. Love the idea of staff plaques and lack of clutter so can add what you wish and where. Positioning of the four mannequins seem a little off and possible crampped. Being a tower everything is a tad to far apart for me. Tanning rack could be in forge area.
MONKWORKS  [author] Apr 30, 2012 @ 7:03am
yeah- one change to the tower and that manikins just wanders off...very creepy...I shouldn't have much more to add, if any at this point...
Panserbjorn Apr 28, 2012 @ 1:01pm
Yer thats what I normally do when a manquin wanders off. I had some trouble with the one by the front door however. I logged in and out but it was stuck behind the enchanting table on the top floor for around a week. It's fixed itself now however :)
MONKWORKS  [author] Apr 20, 2012 @ 4:48pm
BTW- when you see a Manikin wandering around its time to log out an back in to the area.. old- school EQ chat zone out man! when you come back into the area the Manikins should be back in position
MONKWORKS  [author] Apr 20, 2012 @ 4:45pm
SJR- sure man! Great ideas..you know i was only concerned with the tower. Now that is done... I can work on how you get the tower.. thanks for the heads up...i will have some thing interesting soon.
Panserbjorn Apr 20, 2012 @ 2:53pm
Wow...ummm... dude, I'm not gonna lie, I think I might be in love with you! We should run away together in the dead of night and go and live in your tower! This is on beautiful mod! Everynow and then a manquin my decide to go walkys, but other than that its perfect! I won't be returning to Solitude for a while! One thing I would like to suggest, is changing the note you find in the Bannered Mare. You should re-write it to make it a bit more cryptic and a bit more mysterious. Instead of putting that the tower was left to me, make the letter addressed to the woman who owns the Bannered Mare so we can steal it! Anyway thats just me, I'm an old RP'er at heart :P

Great Mod dude.. thank you.
Bitchcoin™ Apr 16, 2012 @ 8:26pm
It was but there was more to it than that. It's one of the most perfect examples of both organic architecture and modern architecture in general. I was just excited for an actual building like that in Skyrim. :P
I really like what you're doing with the different display cases and racks and stuff. The main room is also very spaceous and I like that.
MONKWORKS  [author] Apr 16, 2012 @ 7:52pm
The name was taken from frank lloyd wright. Just the name... as I recall it was atop a waterfall also.
Bitchcoin™ Apr 16, 2012 @ 7:15pm
I was excited that it would be a Falling Water player home. Regardless this looks nice.
MONKWORKS  [author] Apr 16, 2012 @ 5:31pm
Certainly.
ShadowRuler0 Apr 16, 2012 @ 1:46pm
