Same and I've also heard it in ALL nine holds if I knew how to use creation kit I'd update this for myself and make bandits attack for all the nine holds and MAYBE repost it if I had permission.
BUT I'm a terrible f*cking modder my first mod (A follower) ended up looking like a Gmod bone manipulated zombie I had nightmares for a week

This is a response to Dreampuke's and Jelly Fox's comments about the Guards only saying it in Whiterun, No they don't say it only in Whiterun, I've heard it in Riften and Solitude as well.

Speaking of adding guards, would you consider making a mod that adds guards to every city and have atleast 2 at the main gate. Windhelm as an example has zero gate guards on the inside of the door.

i use all female guards, off the nexus, and this does not work for me. shame, would be a fun wee battle.

if you have done the stormcloak campaign all the regular guards will respawn and the whole city will become a warzone

should choose another name for the mod to stop confusing the two. tho not shure if thats an issue :)
