can you look into the files and check which bit depth the sprites have for you

I looked into the only thing that I could know of that would cause the problem you're having but everything seems to be fine... could you try manually deleting the uma_hud folder from your mods folder? Maybe something went wrong with the download

which i find stupid honestly. Take skyrim for example (origional one). A lot of mods don't require DLC

people keep having problems so here's everything I can tell you that might help:
1. check if steam actually downloaded the files by seeing if they're in your mods folder ( also check the inside of the folder steam should have downloaded )
2. disable any other hud mods
3. check if you have afterbirth+ and not just afterbirth

@Greenagon he probably doesn't know what are the requirements for the mod lol. i mean like he needs Isaac AND Afterbirth+ on his account, but he didnt even unlock his profile.
