@joeymozzer, this was also meant to be a wall to wall building so I had to make it slightly smaller to fit on a 3x3 lot. If I make it larger than I have to make it fit on a 4x4 and it will look out of scale. So I won’t be able to make it larger.

Very nice! People see this, they think New York is a dumpy, ghetto land. This is the case for some neighborhoods, but this represents character and the fact that 90% of New York is an urban paradise. Great work, Exusa.
