Occasionally. I'm definitely not making them at the pace I used to make them, but when inspiration strikes, I try to find time to make my image a reality. Good question, thanks for asking!
Amazing.
I don't entirely know what would happen. I didn't test this out much. Your game certainly won't crash or anything; it didn't for me.
A. Nothing will happen and the subject that was edited will become default.
B. One of the mods will take over the other, a little bit like dominant versus recessive alleles in heredity.
C. Neither will work, and the character will stop existing.
D. They will combine into one franken-mod, where the parts that were not edited in one mod are now edited (ex.: if one mod makes Balgruuf's hair purple but another mod makes him sound like an old man, they'll combine and his hair will be purple and his voice will sound like an old man.)
Any of the above may occur. If you're worried, you're free to unsubscribe to any mods that overlap so you only have one mod per subject.
