Fair enough, I was just wondering for the sake of preservation. Just because it didn't work out for the project, dosen't mean it should be forgotten as a game itself. Besides, like you said, timers would work just as well.

It would be possible, though I probably would not animate the sand, but would just put text on the top and bottom on the hourglasses. I am not in the mood to make this game for now. The name of the game is TAMSK. Seems to be the least favorite game. And since it didn't fit the rest of the series it was taken out.

I also remember seeing one way back when that also involved hourglasses? would it be possable to include that one?

The GIPF project games were reprinted for 2017 and published by HUCH&FRIENDS. LYNGK is a newcomer and was just released with the reprint. So while LYNGK is a part of the series it is not a reprint like the other games. That means you can try out any of the games and if you like it you can buy your favorite of the series.

Enjoy the games and if you like abstract games in general you might find more on my workshop like Pylos or Abalone.

Hello @A88mph,
I personally played GIPF, TZAAR and DVONN. So far I liked the GIPF game the most because the strategy comes kind of naturally to me, at least when i played as noob against other noobs. Lots of mistakes to make and as well lots of options and opportunities. TZAAR might be faster and more tactical though I didn't feel like i am in control to much, on every move the tides may turn. DVONN needs like GIPF planing and foresight, thought I personally didn't get a feel to adjust my strategy. I didn't play YINSH though it seems it takes the cake for most players being the mostly liked.

I remember seeing these games on store shelfs years ago, but could not afford then, now you can't seem to find them anymore. Thanks for adding them here so I can see what they're about.
