Can you use the grappling hook as a console command for use with arctic's radial binds ?

i cannot equip it and i cant use it, please help

This Grapplehook is already the best variant on the workshop, simply for the fact, that is doesn't require you to hold a swep/tool. But as other people have already said: This would be the ultimate Grapplehook if it wouldn't just mindlessly reel you in.
Controlling with "jump" and "crouch" wether you want to go up or down would be awesome. That would also go great with an edit to how it deploys: instead of having to hold the button, it should deploy by the first press and let go by the second press, eliminating the need to hold the button constantly.

if you cant find it, press Q go to "entities" "other" then spawn it in, press E to pick up, then hold C find the belt icon, and right click it, select both check boxes the bind it to whatever button you want. GLHF

@Gromnle you have to turn on "pull entities" to work

if you cant equip the belt it is most likely because you have Vmanip addons, if you get rid of the Vmanip addons it might word. this is what happened to me and i got rid of the addons and it worked. I hope this helped
