I have'nt played the anniversary edition yet, so i can't tell.
I took a screenshot from the original game (2004) as reference then i remade it from scratch.
Low smithing :( haha I want to add them to my armory because the look awesome
If you feel that you have a hacker's soul, you can get it by using some commands lines :}

Interesting question, to be honest no.
I scaled the sword roughly, and there's a little problem.
In Fable game the character handle the sword of aeons by one hand but he carries it on his back, because of its lenghts.
In Skyrim, one handed weapons are placed at the side, make the one handed sword as long as it was in the original game would make the sword pass through the floor when not wielded.
So the sword is something like 75 - 85 % of its real size.
Also, as you can see on this screenshot, I made the two handed version closer to the original scale.

the style of Fable just don't fit very well with the realistic universe of Skyrim and the field of view of the camera in Fable is different, making everything look like "deeper" and so the blade can seem longer in various point of view.
