I know wolf my bad bro sorry
wolfgar7474 Feb 15, 2019 @ 6:43am
ironsword40 how much time did you spend looking at the messages or who makes the mod. If you spammed every single mod yet. I mean seriously.
CESky  [author] Feb 15, 2019 @ 6:24am
Hi, mod will be updated when i have time for it. Right now i can’t tell you when. Sorry for the inconvenience.
ironsword40 Feb 14, 2019 @ 11:50pm
Are you going yo update this mods for the 0.7 update?
Дэвид Jan 3, 2019 @ 9:12pm
Can you please tell me how to increase the drawing distance of these blocks?
CESky  [author] Aug 11, 2018 @ 7:43am
Hi MajNUN, i can’t reconstruct the issue. I have the glass visible all the time and no other person complained about it. The crownglass is slightly different to the casement by code, but it should at least show. Some additional questions, to get closer to a solution. Are you on a server? Did you unload the mod, delete the mod files and resubscribe to it? Steam had some mayor issues with mods not loading correctly all over the workshop (e.g. chimney mod) so it might be an issue where the files were not loaded correctly or not all of them were loaded... its worth a try.
wolfgar7474 Aug 10, 2018 @ 9:14pm
Hi MajNUN. I just tested this and even on low graphics I was able to still see the glass. I even turned shadows off and still seen the swirls in the glass and some reflection. The casement glass is barely transparent with lots of colors. Your graphic card might not be able to render the transparent material or you might need to change your gpu or in game settings.
MajNUN Aug 10, 2018 @ 7:22pm
Hello CESky, I'm using medium settings all round. I also have casement windows installed, and that works fine.
CESky  [author] Aug 4, 2018 @ 2:09pm
Hi MajNUN, which grafic settings are you using? There was an issue with glass not showing properly on low settings or with shadows off. Please let me know if this fixes your issue. I will look into it on my side too, and check if something broke. Best, Chris

I'm not getting the glass in 0.6.3, just the metal frame. Will this mod be updated?
CESky  [author] Jan 22, 2018 @ 5:27am
Hi kzweyr, this change in frame size for the block wall is really annoying... I will come up with a solution that will not break the existing model for all other users. Working on a new mod with Wolfgar atm and put this up next on my list.

I finally got to the point where I could start using these in my current game. Yes, unfortunately these windows don't line up quite right with the log walls. The size is the same from what I can tell, they just lowered the window base ever so slightly from the clay and stone walls. It's sad :( I was so excited too! Oh well, back to clay walls I go!
zigurat Jan 21, 2018 @ 4:06am
Ok , thank you.
CESky  [author] Jan 20, 2018 @ 11:52pm
Hi zigurat, just ask Stori to add a crownglass. His mods and materials are his idea and materials. He used my mod as a blueprint but created much more elaborate mods out of this first proof of concept for transparent materials. I like to keep it simple and separated. I hope you understand.
zigurat Jan 20, 2018 @ 5:51pm
Could you maybe please change the mod so the materials used are consistent with these other mods: Working Casement Glass Windows, Cathedral Window and Church Stained Glass Windows and Architecture.
CESky  [author] Jan 13, 2018 @ 5:52am
Hi, the log walls are brand new. I haven't have a chance to verify this myself. If the devs changed the size just a little bit, this can happen. I will look into this and think of an solution. May take a while though. Thanks for reporting.
arielwyndwalker Jan 12, 2018 @ 6:58pm
I seem to be having a problem with any of the window mods to fit the 'log walls'. Anyone else having this problem? I get a gap at the bottom of window no matter what I do.
CESky  [author] Nov 29, 2017 @ 11:31am
You are welcome Alexs. It seems that your friend had to deal with the poor quality of materials available for his stolen secrets. (Hope you like the more transparent glass) ;)
Alexs Nov 29, 2017 @ 11:05am
thx CESky for the work
CESky  [author] Nov 28, 2017 @ 12:16pm
Crownglass Window is now updated to latest game version, incorporating the necessary code changes. Textures have changed slightly due to code changes and updated texture (Mainly to get rid of the glowing and for quality). Leave a comment if you like it or not. I will work on it to find the perfect balance.
Alexs Oct 8, 2017 @ 10:51am
My friend betrayed his secret. He lives in death-fear before the murdered murderers who want to punish him for this treason. But on my castle he is safe. With more transparent glass we see the enemies coming soon .. :-)

It is very kind of you to think about an extension.
Respectful greetings :-)
CESky  [author] Oct 8, 2017 @ 10:34am
Murano Engineers were way ahead their time... Masters of the "cristallo" Only kings could afford this. Windows in medieval europe were very small and of bad glass quality. ;) But I'll look into it as soon as i get back to it. :)
Alexs Oct 8, 2017 @ 10:31am
Thank you! Could you make more transparent slices? I am very satisfied with the momentary glasses. But another sort that would be more transparent - it would be awesome. My engineer has learned from a friend in Murano and would be able to blow it :-)

I have full faith in you wolfgar, you never sieze to amaze!
wolfgar7474 Sep 1, 2017 @ 11:09pm
Hi, we are currently working on a havoc issue with this mod. We have plans for this, but since it is older we are having export combatability issues. Soon as we find a solution we will post and fix this issue. Sorry for the inconveniance.
Sgt_Chikun Sep 1, 2017 @ 10:48pm
currently in yellow for me (compatibility issues / old mod)
Lord Acer May 4, 2017 @ 12:15pm
For the first time very well succeeded
CESky  [author] May 4, 2017 @ 2:56am
Thank you Lord Acer. My advice, learn from someone more advanced. This was my first time I used blender, coded and published a mod. I am still a total beginner ;)
Lord Acer May 3, 2017 @ 11:30am
Find someone who teaches me to make mods
Lord Acer May 3, 2017 @ 11:27am
Very nice simple class
wolfgar7474 May 2, 2017 @ 7:47am
Wow! The new variations look awesome!
CESky  [author] May 2, 2017 @ 7:44am
Hi Stori3D, It's all texture. The glass surface (Model) is always skipped by the engine. As hard as I tried, I can not combine surface reflections and glass transparency. So I went for texture and alpha. ;) BTW, I've figured out LOD myself now. Thanks for the offer!
STORI3D PAST Productions May 1, 2017 @ 5:32pm
That's a beautiful reflectiveness you got there! Looks gorgeous. I haven't figured that one out yet. Is it in the TransparentMaterials.sbc? Or is it a change to the model textures?
CESky  [author] May 1, 2017 @ 2:16pm
Hi system256, thanks, I will do some tests. The glass material is predefined by the game. Can't change it.
System1024 Apr 29, 2017 @ 8:09pm
compare the framerates of high poly/low poly and maybe diff glass materials
System1024 Apr 29, 2017 @ 8:09pm
Do a scientific test of performance
flat sphere planet + all high graphics
CESky  [author] Apr 29, 2017 @ 3:15pm
Hi, I have reworked the glassbody completely to low poly for now. This should be good for performance. But I don't know how performance hungry the Glass Material I use from Keen is for the game. Please let me know if the model change helped in your game. :)
CESky  [author] Apr 29, 2017 @ 12:42pm
Give me some time for that. I am working on it. ;)
Tohob Apr 29, 2017 @ 12:01pm
can confirm that both 1x1x1 and 2x2x1 versions are now working (man you're quick), but filling in even one of the ~17-ish 5x2 windows in my church really tanks my framerate, i'm afraid if i finish my church (which based on how the first window looked will be very pretty,) i'll be playing a powerpoint presentation D:
CESky  [author] Apr 29, 2017 @ 10:04am
Thank you guys! I will keep working on it to improve it. Looking forward to see your creations with it! :steamhappy:
Aurimas Apr 29, 2017 @ 8:33am
Thank you! What an amazing piece of work, truly spectacular! Can't wait to try this out :)
BanditFly Apr 29, 2017 @ 8:13am
Works great so far! Going to try this with the new DayDot Materials mod. Will try clay brick frame with your windows. :)
wolfgar7474 Apr 29, 2017 @ 8:12am
Nice! Good job at figuring out survival ready.
CESky  [author] Apr 29, 2017 @ 7:47am
Thank you for the feedback Jenkins! Good.
