Have you even compiled it? Also you broke the smoothing on the head and the texture (if there even is one) is just blank colors. Also those heads are too high poly for an item like this

The colors of the gems/spikes looks horrible TBQH.

Maybe for every head you get one more head appears into the sack. The head would be of the last class decapitated. The sack could like turn into a backpack to accomadate all the heads.

Gotta say, Love it, especially since I use the Eyelander as my Melee all the time, It'd be interesting if the head changed based on what class you beheaded last. I'd suggest adding a strap on the handle, so it looks like it actually hands on the Demoman's jacket

one of the most ridiculously coolest ideas ive ever seen in the workshop. hilarious and original. would defiantly use this but maybe instead make this a taunt for the action slot then it would for sure get into the game without a doubt.
