It is a bug happend in some former mod version.I'm not sure what mod version you just used,but it is ok when I played.Maybe it is an error when I upload the mod.I have juse upload my mod again,you can try again if it is ok.If there are any other problems please contact me.THANKS for your support. :)

I've found a bug. (1.6.2 game ver)
If I activate this mod, random generated empires will have no name/government. In addition, it prevents player's empire to enter diplomacy with the other empires.
The bug only affect random generated empires. User created empires and fallen empires are not affected.

Tried it out because Nanoha is my favorite anime. Definatly a work in progress but can't wait till everything gets fixed. Then I can befirend the GALAXY!!
