Could you make a mod that gives you infinite perks, so u can upgrade you character the way you want and does not require you to level up to give you perks... It becomes annoying to become an archer at level 67 and have no perks to improve that.

i want to be able to reshuffle the things i put skill points into :D

lol, ♥♥♥♥. thats certainly the way to get people to download your mod...now i'm feeling you've got something to hide and are censoring feedback HEAVILY...which means the last thing I'd want to do is subscribe

What about the Matching Set perk? Do you still have to be wearing all four pieces to get that bonus?
