@Mc_Phantom_No - Konugard is the Norse Kiev (this happened historically too), and is probably the strongest of the Norse nations in that area. Ukraine lives!
Regarding the border gore, it will sort itself out thanks to the permenent cores that most nations have (gives them core on all de-jure lands from CK2). Results in a lot of consolidation. Culture oddities are another matter, but then if we didn't have it we also wouldn't have hilarious things like Germanic Spain!
@Valletta - Do other mods work for you? I don't have a plans to release in other places right now (don't want the hassle of having to maintain multiple sites).

@Spalius - Did I ever say they were? They happened to spread into Russia during the CK2 game.
one of the main reasons i've never used the CK2-EU4 converter, it just cant do aesthetically pleasing conversion ever
