since that morso replaces gfx and conflicts with other mods,does it means that even if disabled it will still break things up orr..?

Morso can now be enabled using OptionsMod. By default (or if you don't have OptionsMod), it never appears, because it is horrible.
Not just the skin BTW, the original mod itself is so poorly done it made me violently ill when I looked at the files
