The ponytail needs to go, it looks like some kind of dildo :-)
If a better modder than I can succesfully edit the necessary scripts to auto-attach the cape, you have my permission to publish your work if my mod is also used
- I don't have to add the cape with the console
- and have your vampire lord look like this after you kill harkon/complete the quest Kindred Judgment.
