I meant an Insurgency update. I've seen many games have updates that changed certain mods.

Check the changelog, there hasn't been any updates since release, cause there's no need for one.

I've seen some other mods that look very worn out in-game as opposed to screenshots, maybe there was an update that messed with the materials?

It's all scratched around the edges, and the finish is very worn out in general. Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying you did a bad job or anything - it's just a little too much for my taste.

I think I get what you're saying, but the look in-game is a bit much. You'd have to try to get the slide to be that worn out.

A factory new gun does not have characteristics compared to a worn gun.

Everything is perfect, but I dislike the dirty/worn out texture on the slide. If it had more of a "factory new" look, this would be one of the best USP mods.
