Very good mod this, on a new game i go to it, grab the 50k gold from 2 chests and around 150 soul gems, and start my adventure, all you need to power level 10/10

lol, this is a handy house to have if your like me, i have a few. i come here when i need a follower. its very nice of you to put a (spare/throw-away) follower for that quest too. nice house, great design, ALL YOU NEED. would recommend.

Sadly no. The ingame wife and kids are not able to move in. I never learned how to make it possible

The only thing I can think of in regard to what went wrong Legendary Ginger is that some mod was installed that uses the same co-ordinates the house uses. That or something has happened with the steam file. I'll double check that.

It worked great when i first subscribed, but then the next time i loaded my game the house disappeared off of my map and now i can't find it. I don't want to unsubscribe and re subscribe because of the fact that i stored all of my items that i didn't need right away but wanted to keep in the house...

I just want to say, that this is the most amazing home I have ever seen in this game since it came out. And that is saying alot. This is the first time I have ever felt like I just had to make a comment. I also hate to even admit how many homes I have tried. FINALLY one I will keep. Please keep up the good work, I really hope to see more, where have you been all my life. KUDOOOOOOOOOOS!!!!! :)

Nice mod, really simple and pretty. The location is lovely. Unlike other player home mods, it doesn't crash, either. Love that. Excellent job.

I LIKE THIS MOD! IT is owesome! you can get good followers. and the best you have (the maker) location on the map by your pictures! I do a LIKE!

I like this mod a lot but books don't sit in the bookshelves properly - they really skew badly. Also, a description of the followers skills here would be helpful.

I picked the 'cheat' keyword for this mod because of the strongboxes that hand out lots of money. I was tired of being broke all the time. If you don't like that cheat then feel free to ignore the boxes, or dump all that money and soulgems into a container that will respawn in a few days.

If the mod is not working, please make sure it is loaded, and if it is, please make sure you do not have another mod that places something at the coordinates the house appears at (See the map in the screenshots above). There are no custom scripts, it is made entirely from the base game. Should work with or without Dawnguard.

If you click the green 'subscribe' button Steam will download the mod the next time you load up the Skyrim Launcher.

My only complaint is that there are so many lockboxes laying around with 50K gold and 50K filled black soul gems xD Other than that this is probably my favorite house mod yet, I love that it isn't another generic dark fort.

The majority of the crafting stations are outside, to the right of the house, under a roof.

NICE HOUSE WHERE IS THE FORGE. I walked into house and things started to fall off of the
walls mainly in follower quarters to the right.

Thanks for all your comments I have fixed my spelling (mostly) added a picture of where the house is on the map, looked into putting more decorations in and made light sources more obvious! Thanks for the suggestions!

i use this house and i can recommend it to anyone for anything only thing it needs is a place to chop fire wood.. im sick of having going to whiterun to make dragon bone arrows

This is actually a pretty good player home. Especialy since its your first mod! Keep up the good work. Just a few tips to help you make the house feel more natural and real. Plaques and weapon racks are awesome, but you could try adding a few other types of wall decor. Like mounted hunting trophies and those funny basket things and even replace some of the weapon plaques with sheild plaques. The bigest thing that you need to work on is lighting. The lighting is fine really (could be warmer in some rooms) but the fact that almost all of the light dosn't have a fisical light sorce like candles and chandeliers is more noticable then one would think. that could also help fill emty wall spaces. The over all layout of the house is really nice, though, and I love the nocternal fountian! Looking forward to seeing what else you do with this mod.
