I would recommend going to Game or Gamestation (Depending were you live) Or just go to the biggest game store you know.. and look for a case names "The Elder Scrolls: V Skyrim Dawn Guard, Buy that!!
Go home activate Steam, Click "+ ADD A GAME..." Then click Activate A product on Steam type in the bar code and wait for it to download when it's finished, Open Skyrim play for a while go to sleep or wait about 4-5 days and you will see a dawnguard fort on your bottom right in the map (Right at the end) and Lord Farkon (Vampire Lords fort) on your very top left, You have to travel by boat.
