I also found an easy way to "fix" the yellow player deck visibility issue. Here's the link if you want to incorporate it into the mod:
http://cloud-3.steamusercontent.com/ugc/1881960853808698110/9B2586205656E07D2ED804F7526CF347D27A95FC/
You should also make every player's deck use 1 deck image (that's a JPG), without repeating the cards, and then you just copy/paste the cards themselves to assemble the right number of cards in each player deck.
Also, those scripting changes you talked about 2 years ago would be nice.
Sorry for delaying your update!
As to the total storage space, it is not very bad at all. A few MB of graphics.
The Digital Clock item in the standard tabletop simulator assets has a timer that you can use in lieu of the 30 second sand timer.
The radar dish model looks good for the most part but some of the face normals aren't pointing the correct way. If you're using blender you can fix this easily by recalculating the normals to the outside.
I also found the new rules .pdf should you want to include it: http://media.wizards.com/2017/rules/roborally_rules.pdf
The Activation Order page in that rulebook (pg 8) would be really helpful to include on the board somewhere.
