I really like this item and you didn't deserve getting insulted.

IMO it gets better and better for a player that knows how to use it correctly. I absolutely LOVE taking this to places with restock boxes, and I've saved a run by packing up chests and escaping into the dark room via a sacrifice room before.

About the booster item, I cannot update it anymore, it's not in my hands now.

But I can explain the design choice to take one of the "multiple choice" items : it was to prevent stealling all items from boss rush.

The way it work is that you can pack one item at random, but it does not trigger boss rush and you can still pick one of the remaining items if you have a teleport card for example. With more options/theres options, you pack one of the items and you can grab the other one, so if you want the two items, you can use the box to get both.

And the booster version removed the 6 things limit, which is in my opinion a bit too powerfull.

There are a lot of uses, maybe more fiting the min-maxing playstyle (pack chests for the Chest, save multiple algiz runes for a lost or keeper tough boss fight, drop hearts in super secret rooms, make use of the secret rooms reroll machines, pack items when in curse of the blind to avoid awefull synergies, etc...)

Well you see now we can have a conversation, but you didn't try to understand what i meant, let's put this drama on a side, and talk about the item. what i don't understant and where i think it is bad it's that you can't choose the item you take in the boss rush, and where you're wrong is that it can melt with the speedrun comunity. How many time speedrunner failed a run because they couldn't take a boss rush item or an item was behind spike and they couldn't take it or the lost an heart and died because of that ?
When you are in the boss rush, you should be able to choose the item you're taking, like what about taking the item your the closest ? and i don't understand with "there's option" and "more option" (didn't try), but when you put the item down, do you still can take only one item ? if yes it can be strange, which item were the 2 in this room ?

I have a problem when a few people just post at the same time in a very rude maner just 3 words without any context. It's not a contructive behaviour.

Yours was the one I hesited to delete as at least it has a sentence, but the "cordialy" at the end was very condescending, and I know for a fact you were all streaming togeter at this time, so I deleted all 3. The first part of your message is ok, even though it's clear you didn't really tested the item as you make obvious errors and suppostions based on what you heard.

Still, you can think the item is bad. But your previous message says i cant take critisism, that's not true, I can understand that the item does not fit the speedrunning type of playstyle, just learn to tell it in a non insulting and condescending way.

This might be a tough one to fix but. if I dupe a box, the duped box doesn't contain the items the other one does :/ I figured that out the hard way and left smelter and mom's box behind.

Can you make the box not lose charge after you put the items in the box so you don't obtain more charges to get your batteries and or other stuff out of the box?

I finally found the item at first and I was having a blast with it although I'm kinda disappointed that I couldn't take more than 6 items, nor can I control which items I pick up.

Maybe you could make it so I hold the box above my head when I use it while its empty and pick up anything I walk over. this way I can control what I take and what I don't.

Yes, both items seems to share the same core idea. From the backpack description, they differ in the way player get the content back, and capacity (unlimited vs limited), and mine does not affect the luck stat.

So it's like an improved backpack ?

I've just deploy a small update :
- Decreased box content to 6 things
- Car Battery + Moving Box = swapping the room/box content

This is one of those fun items which will become interesting once you start to use them. similar to smelter and moms box.
