Well I'm glad you managed to get it working, though I am disappointed it dosen't work with unlimited followers any more, I made this mod with that in mind. I intend to polish this mod up at some point and I'll see if I can get it working with all the popular follower mods again.

Really? That is really odd, as it dosen't alter anything in vanilla just adds new content. It may be down to a mod conflict, have you tried running Skyrim with just this mod activated?

Yeah you can download it by right clicling on libary and click on the tools section. If you scroll down, you should eventually see the creation kit, click on it and it'll download it and install it for you. Once you've got it working locate my followers (in Npce, OcrRace section) highlight all my followers and press ctrl + F4 at the same time. This should export the followers Face data on your machine and should hopefully fix that issue for you.

so this creation kit....did it come with skyrim or do I have to download somthing?

Have you? I've heard of the grey face bug, but this pink face bug is really starting to spread about it seems. Hmm... Try using the fix that i provided to althopat a few comments below, if that dosen't work let me know and i'll try and figure out another fix for it.

Hmm... Thats peculiar. I've got a fix for you to try, highlight all my followers in the creation kit and press ctrl + f4 together. This will export their face date on your machine and that should fix the pink skin issue.

good mod but i have detected a litle bug : their faces are not green but there are pink (like humans )

Yep, arnor and weapons are changeable so long as they are higher quality than the ones they already have. Enjoy :)

@MrUltramar The grey face bug, as been a reccuring issue for a lot of people. It happens because i don't know how to pack the face data into the mod. Having said that, i have an easy enough fix for your particular game. Go into the creation kit and highlight all of my followers. Then cntr + f4, this will then export the face data on your machine and it should work properly ingame. If you have any further issues, don't hesitate to leave a comment :)

I think this mod gave me serious problems, CTD after playing one second with it and the khajiit pack installed, took me about two days to fix

It's a face texture bug that haven't been able to fix for the download. However you can easily fix it in the creation kit for your skyrim though, by pressing cntrl + f4 to export the face data on your computer. It should fix your problem.

Well i deleted my other game ( delphine killing my followers game ) I completed all of dawnguard on my new one, I have your followers mod, A follower called Father christmas ( forgot to delete him ) And Santa Claus Was coming to town ( Also forgot to delete him after xmas too ) and those are all my folower mods, I think its just that the jarl was in bed when i gave the dragon stone to the court wizard, :/ I may just start a new game after all my sides are done, Just let me know if there is anything to fix this, Thanks :D

Hmm... Have you tried the quest without any follower mods? Also, could you list any follower mods you have (there might be a mod conflict going on) Once i know what mods you have i might be help you further.

Yea but i started a new game, they were trying to kill delphine, and delphine was trying to kill me and my followers, since delphine was needed for the main story line, I had to restart the game because i could not complete the game with my followers killing her, and i could not interact with her.

Is it just Lydia and Jenassa your having problems with?

When i got the game, it worked perfectly fine, But i had to restart becuase lydia, and jennessa were attacking all the residents in riverwoord! lol. I never had any mods at this time, But there are no FAQ's on this prob, Any suggestions what to do?

Also, one more thing, My main story quest broke :3 After i finished bleak falls barrow the jarl wont come down to his throne ;o

I don't have any recording software to use, sorry. But, i can tell you how it's quite simple actually. All you do is highlight all my followers in the creation kit and hit ctrl + f4, this will export the face data on your machine. Oh and one other thing, deactivite any really big mods you have whilst doing this, just to be safe (some people have had issues with this in the) Once the faces are working you can then activate those mods again.

Could you do a video? You wouldnt have to speak, just take it slow and ill copy what you do, thanks again!

Yo, is there any way you can teach a complete creation kit noob how to fix the grey face thing? Like I literally downloaded it to fix this bug, I have never used it before so I don't even know how to load up the followers haha, amazing mod btw.

I'd try the face fix without UFO enabled first (just in case for what ever reason it might conflict) And if the fix works, then enable UFO (they are compatible btw)
