So this came up when I was poking around for mods. It's horribly bugged. I was about to post here and say it doesn't work anymore, but I searched through the comments and realized I'm having the same problems that people had eight years ago. I gotta start reading further into the comments before subscribing to mods. Anyway, I also realized that instead of fixing this mod, the creator just made a new mod called Buy_Whiterun3. And of course, there are also complaints there that the mod doesn't work.

@shadow eclipse The titles gives no perks, only a daily income and a few items (armor, clothes, etc) which are logical for the title you took. The dog was decided by the creator, and it seems he didn't give him the basic companion options. The horse, I got no clue, never been a fan of horses other than shadowmere. And don't worry about spending incorrectly with this mod, you'll get your money back within a few in-game hours.

@-Sako- agreed. Great idea, but the end result is far from balanced. Somehow, this mod rendered itself useless. The original goal was to allow players to buy properties outside whiterun and get an income from it. Which is an awesome idea. But this is rendered useless as killing 1-2 enemies gives you more money than the income of the properties. Also, an alchemy item is added, and if used to create a resist poison potion, you get instantly to 100 alchemy and 100 speech by selling it, due to the extremely high value of the potion (a few hundred thousands without any crafting perks). And as someone else mentioned, this mod tends to bug the merchants, where any money spent at them won't be added to their total, and even if the store shows it has money left, it actually doesn't. So please people, do no subscribe. If you still plan to use this mod, you far better off using cheats. This way at least you'll control what you get.

i would like to know a few things: what are the perks every title gets? why do i get a dog that follows me & why cant i make him/her stay or follow & why cant i name him/her? (other than that i love this dog) what horse will i buy when i buy the deed thing to buy a docile horse? can someone answer my questions plz? i want to know more before i buy anything.

I have to remove this Mod :/ It has so nice idea but the loot is too much, getting 700-800gold from a single strike dead enemy bandit (playing on legendary) is too much.

Bug: I bought a safebox or what ever was it and it didn't appear/didn't get a key.

Lost 30k to the strucktures but it wont matter as long as I wont be getting almost 1k gold per enemy. Also those artifac pieces and other quest items randomly appearing. 100lockpicks from single enemy is also too much :/

I killed the dog who appeared and followed me after installing this :S

Is in conflickt with Whiterun, merchands have more than 760000 gold en you kan not sell anything..............

well i got farther in but now where that ghost is sitting by a master lock door i open it but the screen dont load am i suppose to master lock picker for it

there is a door i in the where followers cant go down below but it wont open its like a rock door it says open but it wont open
