the puddles of blood are probably the ones that appear when you have to "recover your soul"
no idea why they would appear like that though
I'll look into it

I'm currently having an issue with the mod. Things in midair (jumping spiders, flies, void enemies, etc.) create glitchy puddles of blood that don't layer properly (they cover rocks and occasionally parts of Isaac) periodically, while lagging the game. Eventually, if said enemies aren't killed or the room exited, enough of these puddles will be created for it to crash the game. I checked through all of my subscribed mods, turning them off and on, and finally verified that enabling and disabling this mod was the thing that either caused the bug, or fixed it. Till it's fixed, I'll have to remove the mod... which is sad, because the items in this mod sound really cool.
