Can you please make a version without puffy sleeves on shielded units, they clip through the shields constantly and really look terrible.

You can get around this by using opening the entire varients pak and saving it as your base work file, which seems to magicaly avoid the PFM induced corruption but dose insert some instability and overall wonkiness (wierd and seemingly random workplace glitches), but this can be overcome. One key issue though is the brightness will be scaled up to 11 so you may need to manualy darken textures, both spec and diffuse. (still looking for the code which is actualy responsible for this brightness jump). Outside of all these invoveinces, you should get the ability to apply aplha to any model at any LOD level, which imho is worth it. Side note DX12 dose not play nice with this whole process, so i recomend running in DX11 mode when possible.

Well using a WSMODEL you can set the shader/material used for each LOD step, which means you can select a Alpha channeled material/shader for all LOD levels effectivly removing the LOD bug. Cavat is that the material file will referance its own set of textures, and while you can edit the material files to referance your alphaed out textures, the PFM corrupts material files on import.

Does this affect all Empire units or just Reikland? I think this is the best reskin for Reikland but I'd like to add in the Stirland, Averheim and Wissenland reskins some other authors have made so the provinces have an extremely unique feel to them.

I recently subscribed to the all-in-one mod and I must sya that it is one of the best mods on the workshop. The sheer amount of variation and detail is amazing. But there are 2 things that I rather dislike (nitpicking really): 1) The ginger-brown demigryph knights look a bit odd, especially when mixed in with the lighter colours or when the majority of the unit are that colour. 2) You gave the Zintler's Reiksguard ROR horses no headgear, when they had a gorgeous, unique gold plate in vanilla which I am confused as to why you removed it for no headgear. But as I said, I was nitpicking. Love the mod!

I've install no floppy hat mod, but it still has floppy hat. Can you check this problem plz?

p.s. Also I installed unique empire states mod. Does this affect to your mod so no floppy hat mod do not work properly?
