Maybe try running it as admin or re-download GCFScape?

Yeah nah, my GCFScape didn't want to detect it, nor open it.... i give up.

make a shortcut of vpk.exe? i didn't did this one..

have you copied the entire app to desktop or wherever you have it or made a shorcut of it (vpk.exe)? cause if you copied the exe thats why youre missing the files,they need to be together with the exe and are in the same location as the vpk.exe...check that first ^_^

i take it,that it doesnt work still? ive heard of issues with vpk and the dll youre missing,but just dloading it wont help...and unlike others i wont sugest you reinstall the game or verify its cache,its a last resort ditch,so sorry im a bit clueless too :/ never had an issue with the tools on multiple pcs :(

when i do this thing*Once you're satisfied drag the root folder over the vpk.exe shortcut you made earlier.
Now it'll be packed back into a .vpk file. it says im missing tier0.dll from my computer

its actually the names of the voice actors. In double action bougaloo Nick is a playable character and his name is Nickolas Tamer apperently.

Might be another similar mod conflicting.Like a survivor skin inholding this file.You can override this by opening up your addons.txt file (default in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Left 4 Dead 2\left4dead2) and moving the mod to the very top of the list :) Hope it helps :)
