it may not be for everyone but it is possible to just use console commands for this, player.setav speedmult ### (this number is a percentage where 100 is the default speed)

And here we are with yet another example of Bethesda expecting the modding community to fix something that should have been part of the game to begin with... For real tho, what genius on the dev team was paid to come up with, "we should give the player just one walk speed, and make it half the speed of all the NPC's they'll be walking to stay with in the first place."? He was probably also the mastermind behind Oblivion's Horse Armor, which was of course the best way to spend money ever conceived. Who wouldn't pay $1.99 to make their horse look fabulous? And now I'm rambling again.

Is there one for running? I hate that I continually outrun Ralof, Hadvar, and other NPC's. I have to stop and wait for them to catch up.

I matched peoples paces.. but it seems like they slowed down rather than I walk faster.

This is one of the most insignificant, yet relieving, mod I have ever gotten. Walking was the most obnoxious thing ever.

I can't walk alongside my follower.

That would be so nice! You either run faster than the NPCs or walk slower. Makes it hard to be immersive.

If you have an xbox controller, you can walk at all speeds.

Doesnt work for me. Im not sure how to make it work but i still walk slower than a snail.

Does anyone know how to undo a bug that sounds like i just casted a healing spell on myself or just got hit with an ice spell that never goes away? If anyone has any idea that would be awesome because in all honestly it just ruins the audio experience of the game. (not a bug related to this mod i'm pretty sure)

It only increases walking speed slightly, so its extremely unlikely to have any incompatabilities with Dragonborn and/or dawnguard.
