It located in the Transport > Ships menu (where the harbour is etc.)

how do i place it down ? cant seem to find it ingame in the prop menu.

Did you catch the updated version? This was only changed briefly (for less than an hour I think) to use the new floating shader, but since it causes water to glitch near shorelines I reverted it back to the original version. See my thread on Simtropolis. If you really want a floating version, add it to the config of BloodyPenguin's Ship Converter mod.

Could you make a version of this or your other ships that's under construction? Just remove the containers and the flooring on the top deck and have it hollow inside. That would be great and is very needed for my dry dock.
