This mod is amazing visually! Even though it might not work and I might not actually try it... I still adore the artwork! Especially for the ghost and the portrait. I don't like how you have turned him more humanoid, but it works for the game style and looks great. Visually, this mod is amazing

I just saw you don't update the mod anyway, i'll leave the comment here just in case.

While the art is nice, the character has no downside,
only good quirks and is way too strong.

He dosen't bring anything new to the table, each character in DS,
has something that makes it play a bit (or a lot) differently then others.
Also it's nice to have characters that does something that others can't,
which is what is the most intrusting thing at what makes them unique.

The stats need a complete rework.

Since Mimikyu looks like a sort of nightmare monster underneath a unique piece of cloth,
maybe you could play and experiment with that ?

Too fast, Mimikyu hasn't got garms and legs, so they look ugly. Head nice work :D

Maybe make it lose sanity when lonely and make it able to tank 1 hit (no matter the dmg) for free?.

Needs some cons to balance it out. Maybe some sanity drain when around other players and/or other players have sanity drain when around this character (like when a player dies and hangs out as a ghost). Maybe also double sanity loss when the character becomes a ghost and until they revive.

It's a bit overpowered. Other than that, great mod!

Besides, it's wearing clothes. That cloth could require to be repaired over time, otherwise Mimikyu would start losing sanity, or start losing health, or be slower, or decrease its defense and ofense, or multiple of the above. Also, taking damage or being exposed to fire damages the clothes further. The materials to repair it? To keep it simple, silk and/or hound teeth.

This is all I got so far, hope you liked some of these ideas!

Those stats are just too high. It's like a Wilson on steroids, plus that extra damage and speed. I'd say something around 150 health, 150 sanity, 125 hunger (Mimikyu is a small guy after all). Also, I know Mimikyu is small, but having its character size reduced in the game feels weird.

About befriending monsters, I'd say make it friendly with spiders and hounds (the basic ones) and also ghosts, because... ghosts. And/or give it the ability to spawn ghosts from graveyards somehow, without the need to dig them. Now you have Wendy and Webber all in one character!

This looks like it has a lot of potential so good luck working on it! You should try making it so theres a few more cons to playing as Mimikyu, ateast for other characters considering hes a ghost type and all that

my friend recently used this mod but she found she was attacked by all monsters including spiders, pigs and even cats. May be there are some mistakes with [ befriend all monsters] ?

I was planning on doing the same thing recently, but didn't know how to go about making the arms look normal. I think you did better than I could've done, though!

bit broken needs something to counter-act the amazingness of this charater like
Ex1: losses sanity 1.25x faster during the day and doesnt during the night
Ex2: can befriend monsters but more friendly entities are hostile

This is 迷拟Q（mimikyu），not 皮卡丘（pikaqiu)， also not is someone's chidhood

Well, given that mimikyu wants to be loved, it might be interesting to have his sanity go UP when he's near mobs (like flip the sign on the penalty from being near monsters) The trade off would be that it will go down near things that would normally be neutral. Especially rabbits, because he feels hurt they run away.
