it's for the scout sniper rifle but it need's a good skin to make it complete!
if you will do it i leave the model up to you!

could you please update the world model? It has no flashlight but there is one in view model which makes it odd...

@ Xuxetuman: I think that at the moment I made the mod, I might have felt that the "clip locked" sounded too weak when the animation basically has player smacking the mag in. Not sure though. I have made other similar sound related tricks in the past, so it's a possibility.

I noticed that the sound used at the moment your left hand pushes the magazine in so it can be locked is "sniper_military_slideback_1" instead of "sniper_military_clip_locked_1"

was this intentional?

if not, could you fix it plz¿

@ Welshy Machinist: That's interesting, because I actually did update it to have ejecting shell. Workshop usually downloads updates automatically, but it seems that you don't have the updated version.

It's a great little weapon that reminds me of my RTCW days

No bugs, just the lack shell casings. Just wondered if ya had any other plans for it is all.

Fg42 is select-fire weapon and German troops deemed its full-auto mode uncontrollable. Yes, it's not a "sniper rifle", but it can serve the role in the game, especially when you take account that the scope's magnification isn't really that high (in the game), so even calling the default G3 a "sniper rifle" isn't that accurate.

Plus, I have actually made a version without the scope and the gun replacing AK-47.
