Is anyone else able to play this scenario without immediately losing because unemployment jumps from 19% > 22% as soon as you start the clock???? I even tried to zone office, commercial, and industrial zones all around before starting the clock but to no avail. As soon as I start the clock I get three story messages, with the final one saying I lost due to unemployment having surpassed 20%.

I have not played the scenario yet (going to start tomorrow), but I looked at the starting map/city and it looks absolutely beautiful. I can only guess how much time and effort that must have taken to create. Big thumbs up and thank you!

I was hoping that Cyrillic names for buildings and routes will help to feel the spirit of Odesa.
All Cirillic names, numbers for residential and routes are as they are in real life

The map has a lot of flavour and feels like a real city. It's nice to visit Odessa from afar. The objectives are fun and reasonable, except for the last one of 1,000,000 tourist visits which takes a lot of waiting. There are also some nice optional objectives.

The English ranslation is imperfect, with some Cyrillic still there for things like neighbourhoods and transit route names.
