Yes, in editor everything were ok (both list of the teams and test), but when I started new career nothing changed - same error. It's clean FM, without any additional league files.

All files were uploaded after a test for several seasons ! Start up your 2017 editor and load the file , it should have 16 U21 teams in the league, just have checked it , it contains 16 teams. I will not edit/upload 2018 or older fmf files like this 1 , i have moved on with fm2019.

Yes I've seen project 5e Klasse (in both FM17 and FM18), I like it but it's by far inferior in my opinion. I understand that it's a lot of work and stuff, keep up the good work!

There is an FM2018 file called project 5é klasse or so , check the workshop. Lvl 1 to 9 completed. I could create a reserve/youth leage for this. But i am pretty busy with adding the correct and full clubs names for thousands of European clubs and also league and cup names for FM2018. Simular to this HVV long becomes Koninklijke Haagsche Cricket en Voetbal Vereeniging and shorte name HVV Den Haag. I also adjusted the clubs from the hoofdklasse en 1é en 2é klasse , many clubs are not in the corect leagues ! Expanded the Belgian league with 2 completed lvls.

Shame that the 2e Klasse isn't incldues. Wanted so much to play HVV to the Eredivisie. HVV is besides the top 3 clubs the only clubs who's been champion of the Netherlands for 10 times. I doubt there will be stuff added now FM 18 is out :(

edit: I think i fixed it, i changed the date of ending the season and tested it..now i see the leagues and the rest..now i hope i get regens again and that everything goes good.

Hey, this is a really goed piramide of The Netherlands...The only thing i would like to change is the degradation and promotion from the Jupiler League to Second Division, but if i change the game file and change it from 3 down and 3 up. I won't get regens anymore... and i can't click on the country how many divisions i want to play with...

When you have FM2017 then you have the editor automatically. It never has been otherwise.
You can find it in "tools".

I cant find the editor,, and when I google where to find it, I find a Steam page which selles the editor als €5,- DLC

if you want a Jong Feyenoord in the league , just copy Feyenoord Rotterdam in the editor.
Then make it be sure Jong Feyenoord is the B-team of Feyenoord.
Then add Jong Feyenoord to one of the divisions , but make sure if you add a new team to like derde divisie zaterdag , to edit the number of teams from example max 18 tot 19 and min 18 to 19. Max and min must be the same or the league will not refresh after the 1st season.

All Clubs from the first and 2nd level had to chance to apply their "Jong" team to participate in the new football league system.
Feyenoord and the other teams who haven't a 'Jong" team in the lower divisions didn't apply to participate.
