How can I set a player model as a job on my server, I want to have a police sergeant role but I can't seem to copy the model with the sergeant arms but there isn't actually a sergeant model, only a skin?

I would suggest a metrocop or a main character from HL2 so that the hand bones don't glitch out.

Want an NPC?
Get the model, get the bonemerge tool, get an npc that is on valve biped.
Select the npc that you have chosen with the bonemerge tool and left click on the police officer model seen here.

Once you have done that, you can use the color tool to make the chosen NPC black and get the vol_light001 material to make the NPC completely invisible.
Boom! You got yourself a police officer NPC! Good job!
