The id is different for everyone depending on the load order.

Just type in this:
help "Scroll of Perfection"

The scroll id is 3a000d64

Word of warning to the downloader: It will increase your levels and give you all the perks of each skill. You will sky rocket to level 81 and might (MIGHT) CTD because of the immense awesomeness that happens at such a feet. You have been warned.

Does it increase your actual character level, if it does I'd prefer it if it kept the character level the same

Step 1. Press ` its the button beside the 1 on the top right of your keyboard

Step 2: Type: Player.additem 09000D64 1

Step 3: Use the scroll.

Step 4: Hope your game doesnt bug out.

Step 5: Profit

@Shadow Varia It is,it just does not upgrade them. use the skill points from the levels to get the rest. Not very hard. I have a archer tree mod, and it works fine... unless, oddly, the one you use decreases the ammount a perk has... How would that even work?
@atitek the console is the cheat console. the button is the ` button... the one left of the 1 button.

This seems to be a little buggy at the moment; yes it ups all your skills to 100 and gives you all the perks, and instantly makes you level 81. However, after saving, quiting, and re-entering the game only a few of the perk trees were at level 100, though I still had all the perks and was still level 81. As I went along I found that I was still somehow leveling up though I was supposed to be maxed. Its not so much of a problem as it is a slight annoyance, as I use this mod as an "End-game reward" if you will.

any word on how this one is working at the moment?

thanks dude great mod for ppl trying to test new stuff/builds, but i don't recommend to use this if you haven't finished the game yet, it'll take all the fun off the game

Try using the cammands instead.. i found with my game the command is slightly different here then what i had to do to get it.. i think i entered... Help "perfection" (without the quote marks) you just have to play with it .. I was always getting an error with the word "of" when typing Help Scroll Of Perfection and it said something about integre.. hope this helps some.. once you get it working its great...

It took me a little bit to figure out.. though its pretty cool when you get it right.. I still have 66 perks and nothing to use them on.. lol.. thanks.. it deffinitly brings a different game experiance... lol
