Great Asset. Has some correctable quirks. Two thumbs up!!!
No big deal to make a new asset, plop this one in, move the train spawn points, save, and enjoy.

Footprint: A+. Can't be any smaller, almost too small though for its function. It is smaller than "Lumber Transfer Station".
Cost: maybe even a bit light. Not excessively under, though.
Trackage: Single Pair. Plenty of capacity. No room for another pair anyway.
Trucks Despawn/Spawn: Excellent. Faster than plausible for as slim an asset as this.

Quirks: Yeah, like a few other cargo station assets in the workshop the Train Despawn and Spawn points did not move as footprint shrank and are outside the smaller asset footprint as shown in pic above.

Missing:
Truck Despawn Point is possibly DLC or mod content.
Truck Spawn Point is possibly DLC or mod content.

GENIUS mod! I always found the standard cargo terminal too big. Using your mod I spent an hour replacing all my cargo stations plus adding some more in tiny, narrow spaces which before would not have had enough space for a station. BRILLIANT work. Thank You!

Looks fantastic! I've been looking ways to make a high capacity, efficient cargo station and I think this is the way to do it!
