i was playing the parish and in the middle of doing it (with this mod) the mercy model suddenly changed into a sort of rainbow thing and my fps drops to 15 whenever i look at it. please help

The "weird purple" is missing textures. Based on how those missing textures look with this model, my guess is the textures that are missing have something to do with reflections on Mercy's outfit. (Missing textures in Source engine games appear as a magenta and black checkerboard pattern.)
