It is (should be) 1:1 scale in-game-wise.

As always awesome work, you deserve your own game pack dlc, would pay for it asap.

@raichurai - I think so too but I stick to its Residential from the source.
@SonOfNitrous - Each floor is sizable but ya, it has a low ceiling.
