Do I have to use the Ploppable RICO mod for this? I personally, don't use RICO too often as many of the assets I use don't work with it.

Am I missing a piece? Cause only the bottom portion of the hotel shows up. The tall tower isn't showing up.

OMG!!!!! I love this building. As a child, we would drive to Memphis on the weekend (grew up in a small town east of Memphis). We would drive on I-240 and pass by this building. I even stayed there with my job about 10 years ago. It is nice on the inside. Now that I have moved back to this area, I still love seeing it when I drive past it.
