No I haven't got anything that edits chillrend in anyway but I do have mods that chanfe the nightingale stuff that can be upgraded. and I have the hammer and that version of chillrend.

So you have the Hammer and Chillrend that has paralysis for 2 seonds and 20 frost damage? Do you have any mods that edit the Artechacts or Chillrend in any way?

by the way the recipe for upgrading nightingale armor requires daedra hearts is that normal?

yes because the nightingale stuff which i got on the same level can be upgraded i'm level 40 and got the 27-35 version.

chillrend doesn't appear in the item list that can be upgraded.

@DarkAngel13, just used BOSS and got msg that this is out of date superceded by update [??]. Going to unsub here [Steam] and pick up your Nexus version. Is that kept up to date?

Thanks for fixing a problem with the game. They should have allowed for the improvement of leveled items in the game in the first place.

This is the latest version except the Steam can't update certain things like the name of the file and therefore It thinks it is outdated.

If I understood correctly you are thrying to Improve the wapond on the sharpening wheel. That is wrong. Once you will have the hammer created leave the forger menu and activate again. Under glass there will we a new entry for the Chillrend if you have the level requirements. Once again my appologies I had a hard day that day. ;)

Hmm, not seeing the hammer in my forge recipes. I see recipes requiring the hammer, but not a way to make the hammer itself. D'oh!

ok to clarify: I have Chillrend, Grimsever, and Dawnbreaker in my inventory. Each I upgraded before with my normal smithing ability.

Now I crafted the hammers at skyforge, and when I go to upgrade, they want ebony ingots (dawnbreaker) and malachite (chill and grim). says nothing about the hammers, and the upgraded damage doesn't look like the way they should be when I'm at level 64...

and yes im at the skyforge
