Yes, it does. I tested it. This mod works most, if not all, mods of the "Expanded Family".
(not sure about HRE expanded, haven't tried that one)

Looked in to some history, there accually accured atleast one pu in asia but before eu4 timeline, think this option should be overlooked or something in paradox

wait i might have it wrong then i was trying it on karaman,TLC and tunis and tried to get the put to avtivate without claiming throne is that not possible with the mod and i will go try to claim throne rn

@Dwarfy1Panda: Earlier I checked with a friend and the mod was working properly. To make sure I checked it just now again and it does what it should do.
before I start downloading each of the mods you use individually and check them for file clashes please answer me a few questions. I am going to assume you started a new game for that.
- did you make sure your target nations have overtaken your Dynasty (osmanoglu)?
- did you make sure, that you wasn't targeting subject nations? you can't form a PU over a subject.
- have you unpaused the game and waited for a moment at least?
- assuming your national religion is sunni, which religion did your target countries have? sunni too?
- what exactly did happen? did the game tell you "the sunni religion doesn't allows forming a Personal Union" when you were hovering over the option to claim throne? if no, then what was it?

i tried to do pus on loads of nations as ottomans by killing thier kings with no air -prestige and 0 legitimacy yet doesnt work i dont use and religon changing mods but i will post after the mods i do use if any will clash i am sorry for saying your mod doesn't work

@Chuathemoc: I can't tell since I never used the extended timeline mod. But it changes the same files so it would conflict. (btw don't mind what I wrote earlier)

You mean the game acts as if the mod didn't exists? If you are going to say yes, then I have to ask you if you run any other mods that change religions. There could be a possible conflict.
Because honestly, for me it just works fine!
