@Jack Hood Making a modern functional country is even more fun. But to add to the chalange i added having to make two raids a year after your two first years. Kinda like how the USA raids other countrys for oil. Its actually a surprisingly fun run.

Yes, you are correct in assuming i'm Canadian lol. Also, fun fact, the average Canadian gun owner has 13 guns. The average American only has 3. ;) But I still prefer civies not having guns because in an IRL situation like this, why would you trust someone that isn't part of your "Army" with a gun? I wouldn't. I would keep all guns locked up and only used in emergency situation like a raid or for use by guards or lookouts.

Could think of some cool ♥♥♥♥ to do with this. Of course I'd omit the "civilians cannot have guns" rule because I live in Murica and that ♥♥♥♥ shall not be infringed, I get the no females in the military rule because of the time period you based this situation on, but military would get the cool stuff and civs would have shotguns, sniper rifles, etc.

Maybe have someone producing drugs in secret, like dug into a mountain away from the colony that they go to every now and again, slip off to go "camping," it'd be like having two colonies on the same map. I'd have them be a teacher (Children and learning mod?) like Walter White, so it'd be combining this with Let's Cook.
Also, I'm assuming you're Canadian because of the comment you made about loosely basing this off of the Canadian military. Hope all is well up there after that rogue polar vortex shift.

@Turkey its not really "SJW" which is the new trend word now and days its just plain incorrect in a modern Democratic country. It does however aline with WW2 military laws at the time so its legit in that reguard sense thats what the author was going for.

@Turkey It's also realistic, and that's what I want. Plus these scenarios are going more for a WWII Era feel (At least for me...) So that's why it's males only, and soldiers who are "disarmed" are either discharged or sent to do something that doesn't include combat.

@Wolfman I wanted a sort of 1940's sorta feel, i'm a big WW2 nerd so I wanted that feel y'know? Plus being limited to just males usually cuts the amount of people you can use effectivley for combat in half. :)

Not sure why my army would only have males.
