@gumgumdj maybe try removing some mods /deleting mod files (reccomend unsubscribing and disabling them bc otherwise theyll still put the lag) or checing the files to check for errors

for some reason my skyrime is shuting down in loading screen :/

i use DLC for parts, without DLC you wouldn't have items like nails, hinges, fittings, glass, locks, lumber, etc. so yes it is possible. you would need static items that came with Skyrim, but those are limited.

its interesting that someone discovers an aspect of a mod that appears not to be working when it is just to cause issues with ones associates on Steam.

The Town is located near Anise's Cabin Exterior / Bleak Falls Barrow,
or use "COC ABC201".
