@Delta yes, if you spawn (for example) ten solitude guards, some of them will be female.

This mod makes me think of a farm..... Imagine mary sue plowing the fields while bobby joe cooked. Its not rocket science.....
Punished Jeremy Mar 19, 2016 @ 9:38pm
anyone know if this effects the spawning of guards using the id numbers?

Gahlak Dec 25, 2014 @ 1:59pm
Sorry then, since I didn't see the link I supposed that it wasn't.
sptwork  [author] Dec 20, 2014 @ 12:23pm
@Gahlak: The Nexus is the primary home of this mod, it's been available there for nearly three years.
Gahlak Dec 12, 2014 @ 1:26pm
This mod is quite interesting, why don't you upload it to the nexus mod comunity so it can be used with the mod manager? It will surely get noticed. www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/

The ignorance in these comments is too damn high. Expecting a lot of argonians or khajiit in a province where the primary population is nord is setting yourself up for disappointment. That's like calling the USA racist because very few people who live here, compared to the population, are not american.
Mr. Mantra Jul 17, 2014 @ 11:39pm
agreed its a pitty you dont see many khagits and argonians around cities. Like Try think if you've seen 1 in markarth...never and all the guards are the same, same armor and same bloody terminator voices..... So much racism in skyrim
Psyker Unredactus Feb 20, 2014 @ 4:00pm
there needs to be a mod where guards, imperial army, and stormcloak forces have racial diversity amongst their ranks, especially for the Empire's army
sptwork  [author] Jun 18, 2013 @ 11:56pm
@unclecode: Go up to one, enter the console (type ~ on the keyboard), click on the headless guard (you should see a sequence of letters and digits appear either at the top of the screen or in the middle). Then type "recycleactor" and press <Return>. Then exit the console by pressing ~ again.

In some cases you will get a new guard right there and then, in many other cases they will vanish - in fact they have reappeared at their spawn point.
unclecode Jun 17, 2013 @ 2:20pm
my gaurds are naked and headless plus stiff but only a few
Diablo Jun 3, 2013 @ 6:33pm

Care to describe what this mod does?
sptwork  [author] Mar 21, 2013 @ 1:16am
@Tristan: All new guards in this mod have the same outfits that the existing guards have. I suspect some other mod is editing that outfit.
Tristran Mar 19, 2013 @ 12:59am
All my guards are naked. How to fix?
sptwork  [author] Feb 2, 2013 @ 2:27am
@raichy18: Don't worry about it. I don't mind bug reports which could feasibly be down to this mod. After all, it could *be* an actual bug with this mod ...
𝓢𝓶𝓸𝓴𝔂𝓟𝓲𝓮 Jan 29, 2013 @ 7:15am
no, I don't use it
I thought this problem can be sonnected with this mod, that's why I say it
But when I swich off this mod my guards still naked..
That's why sorry C:
sptwork  [author] Jan 28, 2013 @ 11:47pm
raichy18: I have no idea. As far as I know this has never been reported against this mod before, I suspect some other mod is doing this. Are you using a mod which varies guard outfits?
𝓢𝓶𝓸𝓴𝔂𝓟𝓲𝓮 Jan 28, 2013 @ 8:58am
I have a problem..my guards are naked ._. what I need to do?
sptwork  [author] Jan 21, 2013 @ 10:59am
Blackgrin: one option you may like to consider is Fuz Ro D'Oh over on the Skyrim Nexus, http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/14884 (it's not available via Steam, as far as I can tell). You would also need to install SKSE (something else which I don't believe is available via steam, although it works just fine with it). Anyway, once FRD is installed, it automatically displays subtitles for unvoiced content.
sptwork  [author] Jan 21, 2013 @ 6:05am
Blackgrin: No, I've seen this myself. It will be because the female voice dialogue doesn't exist for those roles. Not sure what to do about it, may have to just accept it as a limitation. Either that or remove all the female soldiers I've added, which I really don't want to do.
Blackgrin Jan 19, 2013 @ 11:46am
For some reason, female Imperial Soldiers don't have any voices until they're stationed as guards, which makes trying to talk to any on the road or in the war camps (or if the Imperial Courier ends up spawning as a female) kind of awkward. Is this standard fare or did I break something?
. Dec 29, 2012 @ 4:28pm
I subbed, but can you add Redguard guards or Imperial (race) guards, and maybe breton or high elf guards that use magic
Reza Ghoochannejhad Dec 11, 2012 @ 2:53pm
ok thanks, subscribed :)
sptwork  [author] Dec 9, 2012 @ 12:12am
All it does is add more guards for the game to choose from when selecting city guards, and some of these are female where there were none before in the imperial cities. It also similarly thickens out the ranks of available soldiers, both Imperial and Stormcloak faction. It does not change equipment loadouts for the guards, give them special unique armours, etc, nor does it change their behaviour.
Reza Ghoochannejhad Dec 8, 2012 @ 2:46pm
all this does is add female gaurds to imperial cities right, because there are not any female imperials in the vanilla game. If it does that, and only that, i will get this mod.
halmisae Oct 5, 2012 @ 7:56am
Cool! i love this mod!!
sptwork  [author] Oct 5, 2012 @ 2:04am
@sulphur687: There are some already, and this mod adds some more.
@Hutchy01: I thought about this, and decided that for lore and setting reasons it would be very unlikely that the city guards would be anything other than Nords. The Imperial legion does have some Imperials, Bretons and Redguards in its complement. But I can't see there being any Argonians, Khajiit or Elves.
@Brit: Thank you.
halmisae Sep 28, 2012 @ 3:20pm
Can we have female imperial soldiers?
Statman Sep 15, 2012 @ 2:08pm
can we have some gaurd of different races?
Swinub Jun 9, 2012 @ 7:49am
Nice. One of the main problems I had with having Skyrim in complete Imperial control was the lack of female guards. I just think this mod makes the cities, etc feel more 'alive?'. Basically. great.
Callum29 Jun 7, 2012 @ 2:51am
its ok i found a way to make em unnaked and now they can fight
sptwork  [author] Jun 6, 2012 @ 11:46pm
calbull29: All I can say is that no-one else using this mod has ever reported anything like that.
Sumrak Jun 6, 2012 @ 11:00pm
calbull29, thank you
Callum29 Jun 6, 2012 @ 9:00am
dont download this mod it turned all my females naked and they wouldnt fight they just stand there and do nothing bug :(
sptwork  [author] Jun 4, 2012 @ 5:22am
A good idea, I agree, and tempting to do, but I'll decline for two reasons. Firstly, there are already separate mods out there which vary the gear and outfits that guards and soldiers are equipped with, and I want this mod to remain compatible with them - this mod just creates additional guards and adds more gender variety. Secondly, from a lore and setting perspective, the Stormcloaks are a rebel army, equipped with whatever weapons they can get their hands on, while the Imperials have much more standardised equipment. I reckon the guard and soldier load-outs you see in the vanilla game are as they are intended, and one of goals with any mod I do is not to change the feel of the game I'm modding, if possible.
Cherry Jun 4, 2012 @ 2:13am
Hey You do realize that Stormcloak loyalty holds for example like Riften have female guards/male guards using Two Handed Weapons? It would greatly improved this mod. Atleast that's what i think.
Ayhsi Sahira Jun 3, 2012 @ 11:02am
gave a paw up fav-ed and Subscribed :) cool mod
PiraRa Jun 2, 2012 @ 11:41am
I liked how only a few town guards/soldiers had female members among their ranks. It made some factions appear more progressive about gender equality. For the Stormcloaks it signified desperate nature of their struggle, recruiting all who would join their cause. Then again I also think its great to see all women allowed to join the military if they wished to, so great job on bringing equal opportunity to the rest of Skyrim!
sptwork  [author] Jun 2, 2012 @ 11:10am
It does, yes. In fact, it goes with any armour and body replacer you happen to have
jgn.17 Jun 2, 2012 @ 10:22am
Goes with CBBE and Skympi armor
AllieCat54 [gD] Jun 2, 2012 @ 5:32am
Oh great love the idea. I always wondered why so few females around. Thanks for this :)
sptwork  [author] Jun 2, 2012 @ 5:32am
Oh, also, the previous versions of this mod were all over on the Skyrim Nexus. This is my first foray into the Workshop.
sptwork  [author] Jun 2, 2012 @ 5:31am
Hmm. Looks like the detailed description failed to upload or something.

You may have noticed that Whiterun, Solitude and Markarth (and the small towns in those holds) have no female guards. Also, the Imperial legion seems to be made up of all males, whereas the stormcloak-aligned guards and soldiers have females in. What this mod does is add some female guards to those places that don't have any, so there is a chance any guard you see will be female.
AllieCat54 [gD] Jun 2, 2012 @ 4:39am
Sorry but what does this do? Not sure I understand, gives the guards different outfits? I see you are at version 4 maybe I best see if you had previous versions that are stand alone with more info. :)
