It is a nice house, but wrong category. Should be High Residence. Could you change that?

when i tried to Force Level Up, the house itself starts to glitch...

@bpaulhutson I went to the Realistic Population mod's workshop page...and this is the very first bullet point on there

- Low density houses are now one household, without an override.

@KingLeno I found a high density version of this building so I'll just go ahead and use that

@bpaulhutson I mean, why don't you just try them and place them in your city to see? nothing in this game is permanent, just don't save the game if it doesn't work the way you want it

@bpaulhutson who knows, I've never used realistic population mod. from what I understand it calculates based on the "inside volume" of the 3d model. I don't know exactly how it does that but it's not good because there's no telling what's happening on the inside of a 3d model that will never been seen.

Does this (or any other low-density apartments you've made) work with the realistic population and consumption mod? I like your apartment assets but I'm worried that I'll only end up getting only 1 household per building if I place them in my city.

So I understand your position and I agree, however. there's just nothign I can do about it, so comments like that do come across as just unnecessary criticism.

@n a n g l e hey, thanks, but you can't please everyone. That's the beauty of this game is it's customization. You can make this building whatever you want and have it high or low (I've had criticism for making the same types of building high density) "I don't want these growing next to my skyscrapers" and for making them low density, "I don't want them next to my single family homes"

These are without a doubt "medium density", there is no medium density. so either way, half of the people aren't going to agree either way...

Kingleno, 32 households is actually a bad idea for lower density housing as it messes up the dynamics of the game. Since you have the 32 household version in a growable I'll have houses with only a couple of houses beeing eaten up by these 32 household monsters! It sounds like you're designing for the pop balance and consumtion mod but many only use the stock population system and this throws it off forcing me to unsubscribe. Don't think I don't appreciate you're work, I've donated, but listen to the criticsm on this one.

Is there a way to make this not a growable? It gets in the way when i need to move stuff and looks odd on a suburban streat among much smaller buildings.

@fayceless Idk if your complaint is that the building is categorized as low density, or that it has 32 households, or that the game has no medium density category. Either way it's a pointless complaint as I set it to low density because of its size is more out of place amongst skyscrapers than single family houses and there are actually 8 apartments per floor. 8x4=32. However, none of that matters because in the time that it took you to complain about it here, you could have changed the settings yourself
