I had to change it's name and table name in order to get it working for me.
Also, when it was working, I simply had to recruit a new agent and it worked as advertised, completely revealed entire map.
Also, this effect applies after certain ui elements are refreshed. Disbanding or recruiting a agent will cause such a ui refresh.
....which has me thinking, it may be possible to change the agents to spies, but it would require the user to trigger a ui refresh without recruiting a agent, because the recruitment pools won't populate correctly (except maybe for the existing spies). Maybe I'll try again at some point.
@Turquoise_Falcon: Google does. Not well, but it seems he was very impressed when he started a game, scrolled around and couldn't find any fog of war. If the smiley didn't give it away, he offers his appreciation.
But, AI turns get really long, even with fast movement on and track AI movements disabled.
I'm looking at writing a mod similar to this which both increases sight range and adjusts all agents to the spy agent type.
He meant that every new general generated with this mod active will get the same extremely high viewing range, which will stick to them until they die.
i tried to end the turn with this mod on, and all worked fine ( yes, with a big slow down). I havent understand what is this "LOS BONUS TO ALL NEW RECRUITED LORDS AND AGENTS OF ALL FACTIONS".
Btw this mod is a huge tool for mod making :) thanks!
I didn't really change much during that recompile, only something about a general trait and once I thought of this being the case, I recompiled with exactly the same settings and the issue was gone.
So you might want to add a warning into your description as this was certainly confusing, good thing the campaign map looked exactly like your screenshot (with the edges still there) and thus it implied the same setting being present and I knew I had only this mod recently added and active at the time.
