to be fair. the mod actually disables large chunks of gui and other sounds. it could stand an update. would be as simple as deleting the .asset files and everything would get along just fine.

So, BB Sting is currently updating the main mod, best to wait for it to be updated and ask about this one when it's finished, or ask him there about it

@Elratie I ended up doing that later already. Just provided feedback in case it was relevent. Great mods by the way. I really do appreciate the work on them, especially since i use most of them more times than not. Looking forward to Fallen Republic as well!

The voice overs get *really* repetitive really quickly (especially the ones for the ground forces, when I add attachments I don't need to hear "taking oit the bad guys" 20 times in a row). So like Dylan, I would like a version without the voice overs (ESPECIALLY the ground forces).

A\lthough as suggested, I suppose I could just delete the more annoying files... mod hasn't been updated in a couple months so they shouldn't pop back...

The simple way for you guys would be to just delete the file in the mod ;), cant be that hard xD and that noise is from X- Wing Alliance.

I actively use almost every mod by Elratie. I unfortunately decided against currently using this one depite the nice additions due to the menu noise becoming annoying to me and people playing the game in the same room with me. Would really like to use this in the future if that menu "hover/click" noise is removed.

Honestly, everything is awesome except the beep noise. If it was a little less pitchy this would be my favorite ambiance mod

Is this the oen that makes it so every time you click on a ship and move it it says "All this firepower needs a target!" Or "Someones in for a suprise!" And those are the only two things I have heard and I have been playing this save for a week now.

Yeah the beep sound is a real turn off with the amount of clicking/selecting that goes on.

Yeah, it does seem that way. I completely understand waiting until the main sound bug is quashed. Thanks again for all your work. Given what I have read in the comments on your mods, you must have a great deal of patience to go along with your excellent modding skills.

I have started getting a sound bug in the ship builder with the 1.6 patch, which sounds like some sort of static feedback and breaking up of other sounds.

And if I have this sound mod installed as well, then I also lose the sound on missile launches and tradition notifications.

No idea how they are connected or what is going wrong. I have reported this on the paradox forum and I am not the only one who has reported the ship builder sound bug. Not sure if anyone else is experience the additional issues I am having with this mod as well.

I love your work Elratie, it really helps make the game replayable for me, so sorry to be the one bringing a problem to your door.

You should change the "Situation Log updated" sound to the "Mission Log Updated" from Empire At War.

@Valdrrak you can delete the sounds that annoy you in the winrar file, there wont be an update for the next time other than for the next big patch

ahh thats a shame maybe you could have a muted version for the ship commands? and maybe any other super repeatitive things. rest of the sounds are great though.

Just subscribed your mod and played it a little. It's amazing. Like, awesome, my ships are speaking to me! :D

But, could you do sth. like they respond to the missions I give them? e. g., when I click my science ship, they say "At your command", and if I say them "Explore System", that they say something like "Roger", "Acknowledged" or something like it? This would be great!

@HerrDave well not really but you cant mod sound effects the way i would like, Stellaris reuses alot of sounds, nothing i can change about that.

Yeah you can look for the .zip file and delete the sounds you dont want to have, best is you make a new mod with launcher put the files in it and then delete what you dont want.

Every time I tell a builder-ship to move, he drones on about doing something with his supposed "firepower", is this a mere oversight or was that intentional?

Also out of curiosity

Is there any way I can only keep specific sounds, such as the Death Star alarm when I'm under attack?

@shuulleech you have the Leviathan DLC activ? if yes then it overrides any File no matter what.
