In case this mod does not work, we can use Transfer Manager CE to adjust outside connections to a certain extent.

This mod still works fine even it was last updated in 2018. I'm using this along with the "Rebalanced Industries Revisited Beta" mod. The tricky part is getting the numbers right, balancing everything while the city grows. So yeah, I still need a lot of experimenting to do. Other than that, it's all good. Saved games are stable on my part.

It takes some planning, but you can achieve that goal by making it physically impossible for imposts to reach your industries, using one-way roads and/or the road restrictions function ofTM:PE.

So, you'll want to over-produce raw materials and first-stage manufactured materials, and also configure the road network so that these materials, but not imports, can be delivered to the appropriate industrial areas.

What exactly is the "unit of time" in the description of this mod. Is it an in game day? A full day/night cycle? Or some real world measurement, like 1 minute?

I wonder if there is any solution to clear all the paths in the savegames. Because my path units has been overflowed. I wanna clear all paths to see if there is something wrong that generate too much paths.

If you set the numbers to 1 (or 0?) in the three columns which control the numbers of tourists of the three levels allowed to use that connection, I think it will eliminate tourists.

i came here because i got the same situation written on top of this workshop item. my commercial buildings ran out of goods. my guess its an engine thing because my industry producing goods are well nearby.

This is the most important mod to make airplanes, vehicles, people and ships come into the city. I did soma mathematics to make traffic (i balanced 100 cargo,resident, dummy through train , shipts etc... i did the mathematics 25 for ship since they were two entrance, 25 to plane, 6 to road, and 6 to train to make total of 100 percent) tourist factor all 2 because yes.

the description says values are saved with savegame. does that mean changes are permanent or what happens when unsubscribing this mod? are there the default values again?

Thank you for this mod! It does work well. A little too well because it let me do exactly what I wanted to and I might have changed some settings to be too high. Now my ships and airplanes are spawning and filling their pathways like crazy. Weird thing is the game spawns new ones but they are only about %10 fulll so what gives?

At some point around 200k citizens, my imports just stopped working properly, and vehicles on the road dropped from 12500 average to 7500 average. Popped on this mod, added a zero to all the limits, bam, imports solved. Roads were already set up for this much traffic, so the immediate influx of 5000 vehicles only piled up for a few game days. @Meesmoth I think the max outside road connections is 4. Having more than that could cause issues even without mods.

help...have no goods imported to my city, beside i've putting a cargo train station....Goods are only exported. Train lines are all conected, i check out all lines =(

Does anyone detect some strange behavior when having more than 4 road connections active? Because my cities having more than 4 connections, regardless of population, breaks public transport, in which all vehicles never leave the stops after "Boarding" phase, even with Unbunching turned off. Removing those extra connections solved the PT issue, or modifying the numbers of each object can spawn at those connections.

A game changer when using a custom realistic maps. Now my secondary highways do not fill with dummy traffic going from a town to another as they do not in real life. This mod is essential when using national roads.

There are Tourist Factor 0, Tourist Factor 1 and Tourist Factor 2 in the UI.
And each factor has a number. That number means tourists visit the city per unit of time.

Something strange is happening with is mod. I have 4 incomming connections, 1 on each side of the map. When i enable the mod all traffic comes in trough 1 connection and no trffic at all on the other 3. But the problem seems more visual tho.

Seems to be working for me with Industries DLC and new update. First load after update with an existing city and connection values. Haven't tried to change values yet.
