I was able to make it work by opening a fresh game and copying and pasting the info from the buggy one over. It was tedious but luckily for me I just started the campaign.

BTW love this workshop mod @Varok you did a wonderful job
Could be an issue if you delete something you should not do or glitch triggered by a background. I will need to check out the script. But I am not providing any support for the free mod

Honestly, I can appreciate why Poots feels the way he does, but as someone who paid for the Gambler's Chest so long ago that I no longer hang out with the friends I knew that were into KDM at the time, and after making me wait as long as he did (I'm still waiting for the new expansions too btw), I have little respect for his wishes. Maybe I would feel different if the official simulator I also paid for worked better, but for now I'd much rather a digital and scripted version of the gambler's chest on TTS than the physical copy taking up space in my closet.

I will be creating on the next weeks few videos about how to use this KDM mod, which is going to cover all the questions you asked below
- I'm not really sure how I swap characters
- I'm not really sure what the yellow square is for
- I'm not sure why there are a bunch of priority and monster target controller tokens on the left side of the board.
- I was looking for an end showdown board for a while after the prologue, didn't know if it was safe/okay to move on to settlement phase
- Couldn't find the rewards for the prologue lion, had to reference my own rule book
- I'm not sure what "Endeavor activity" tokens should be used for
Everything seems okay for the most part. I'm happy to see this is getting support, I'll keep an eye for other feedback or questions if and when my friends decide they want to play more.
Issues:
- I don't think the character sheet box is interactive. In the top-right corner, I think it is the character sheet box, cause I cannot figure where to get new character sheets and that's the only thing with a tutorial page next to it.
- Portraits make it confusing to determine who is knocked down
- Nothing sticks to the game grid
- A lot of dice and elements have tooltips disabled by default, so I cannot read rolls
- The third weapon strength calculator on the 4th player, is broken
- I couldn't for the life of me figure out that I had to flip over special events (ie: returning survivors)
- When I rename characters sheets, I have to go and manually rename each other portrait or else they will still be named "unnamed survivor"
- I'm not sure the add consequences/return to deck buttons work or do anything
- Add token menus cannot be closed after being clicked, you have to finish making a selection
I'm also having issues with starting the game. Using just the core campaign gives me an error when selecting no milestones (and it's not consistent; sometimes it's an error like tngo1234 mentions, but referring to "Apply_No_Game_Over_Milestones" rather than "After_Name_Survivors", and "chunk_3:(37835,44-37849,10)", or I've also has "Object reference not set to an instance of an object" (both "Error in Script(Global)")). Using core + new content gave me another error, but did "Scripts Completed...", where core didn't give that completion message.
