There's a medal bone (for things like duelling badges and stuff), that's what I attached it to (with an offset of course).

To the pub players whining about having a pocket heavy, in competitive/6v6 game play you have a term 'pocket soldier', as in a soldier that is assigned to protect the medic specifically. Look it up.

Heavies already have a Pocket Medic.
