I know that we have mods to change it as we wish, but if you would find time you can replace the ugly trees and bushes from your nice asset with high quality trees by pdelmo or MrMaison. They do a lot and you dont need to subscribe these "garbage" trees and bushes. Thank you :)

Great original looking building Storsky. Used the AI changer to make it a modern hospital / research clinic as it works just as well and I was needing more health than education assets. Cheers S.
