Great weapon, but keep levelling up everytime I use it, without gaining Perks. Is there a minimum level to start using this please?

For some reason I found it on an NPC. I was fighting some guards and he just came up to me and I got destroyed.

Tomsenjonsen, I going to make a copy of the sword for dual wield, so just wait until its done and i will place the swords in a better location :)

Lake, make sure to go to "Data Files" and check it on the box then launch the game. It worked for me. : )
